I believe a good leader is a person who knows when they need to take charge. At the same time, they can let other people take lead and work with them to achieve the common goal. Leaders must be tough enough to fight but tender enough to cry. Leaders must be human enough to make mistakes, but also humble enough to admit them. I believe that life, especially human life is God's most beautiful creation. It doesn't matter how long a person lives, what matters is how that person lives. I am heavily inspired by my maternal grandmother who told me how important this life is, how to face failures and how to deal with happiness.
